JOHN V. HEALY
President and CEO, PRIMIS Marketing Group Director
John Healy, President and CEO of PRIMIS has 25 years of direct marketing, consumer packaged goods and on line technology experience with blue chip companies like Equifax, Inc., Pepsi, ADVO and DoubleClick. Most of Mr. Healy's career has centered around general management assignments and key leadership roles in sales, marketing, operations and M&A.
Most recently, Mr. Healy was Group Executive, Equifax Marketing Services and was responsible for the leadership of Equifax's proprietary online and offline consumer marketing database businesses in the United States. As the leader of this $250 million division of Equifax reporting directly to the CEO, Mr. Healy had three different businesses reporting directly to him: Credit Marketing Solutions (CMS), Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS) and eMarketing Solutions. Markets served include financial, insurance, publishing, not for profit, telecommunications, catalog/retail and technology.
Mr. Healy returned to Equifax after two years with DoubleClick, Inc., where he served most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Sales with responsibility for overseeing the sales and account management for the company's 2,000 technology and email customers throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He was also a corporate officer. He originally joined DoubleClick as Senior Vice President of Product Management & Sales at Abacus, a division of DoubleClick Inc. and was instrumental in the rollout of ChannelView, the first multi-channel analysis tool of its kind for merchants doing business via catalogs, retail and the web. Before that, Mr. Healy had served as Senior Vice President, Equifax Direct Marketing Solutions, in Stamford, Connecticut. Previous to this assignment, Mr. Healy led the $250 million+ sale of the R.L. Polk & Company's direct marketing businesses to Equifax in May of 2000 while serving as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Polk's Direct Marketing business in Denver, Colorado.

JONATHAN GRAD
Principal, Parthenon Capital Officer
Jon Grad joined Parthenon Capital in September 2005 as a Principal in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Grad has ten years of private equity experience and has worked on investments in a wide variety of industries, including financial services/insurance, software, and distribution/logistics. Mr. Grad is responsible for executing new investment opportunities, as well as working with certain existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Parthenon Capital, he was a Principal at Golden Gate Capital, a $2.5 billion private equity firm focused on investing in middle market companies. While at Golden Gate, Mr. Grad identified, evaluated and closed several investments across a broad spectrum of industries, with transaction structures including large leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions of financially distressed companies, growth investments, and de novo startups. Mr. Grad has particular experience working with management teams of growth companies as they expand organically and through acquisitions.
Mr. Grad previously spent several years as an investment professional at both KKR & Co, a large leveraged buyout firm, and Softbank Venture Capital, a leading technology venture capital firm. His responsibilities included executing investments in industries ranging from manufacturing and general industry to healthcare services, telecommunications, and software.
Mr. Grad was previously a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the former private equity affiliate of Morgan Stanley & Co.
Mr. Grad earned his BA summa cum laude from Princeton University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

BRIAN P. GOLSON
Partner, Parthenon Capital Director
Brian Golson is a Partner at Parthenon Capital with over ten years of private equity
and corporate finance experience. He currently is a member of Parthenon Capital's Investment Committee.
Mr. Golson is an active investor in industries including financial services, business services and technology. He is involved with Parthenon's current investments in Performant Financial Corporation and American Wholesale Insurance Group. Mr. Golson also served on the Board of Directors of Rackable Systems Inc. prior to its IPO and was highly involved with the investment. Additionally, Mr. Golson served on the Board of Directors for Arrow Financial Services, a former investment of Parthenon Capital sold to Sallie Mae in late 2004.
Prior to joining Parthenon Capital, he was the CFO and Vice President of Operations for Everdream, a business process outsourcing company providing outsourced corporate computer ownership, service and maintenance. During his time at Everdream, the IT infrastructure company grew from 25 to nearly 150 employees. He was responsible for human resources, finance, business
development, operations, manufacturing, and IT.
Prior to Everdream, Mr. Golson spent several years at Prometheus Partners, a middle-market private equity fund focused on recurring revenue service businesses. During his tenure at Prometheus, Mr. Golson served on the boards of AIR-serv, LLC and Rainbow Crane, LLC and assisted those companies in completing over 20 add-on acquisitions. At Prometheus, he also pursued investments in industries including clinical medical laboratories, residential waste removal, fast food restaurants, fire extinguisher servicing, equipment rental, and security alarm monitoring.
Before attending Harvard Business School, he worked with GE Capital Corporation in multiple positions, including as a member of the GE Capital Strategic Planning and Acquisition Team. Other roles at GE Capital included internal auditor in the Mortgage Insurance Business, managing all aspects of a private label credit card product (the Exxon Preferred Card), and managing the accounting transition of the sale of GE Aerospace's international assets to Martin Marietta.
Mr. Golson earned a B.A. in Economics with Honors and Distinction from the University of North Carolina, and his M.B.A. with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar from the Harvard Business School.

BENJAMIN A. KRICK
Vice President, Parthenon Capital Director
Ben Krick re-joined Parthenon Capital as a Vice President in 2005 after completing his MBA at Stanford University. He served as an Associate at Parthenon Capital from 2000 to 2003. In his current role, Mr. Krick is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with portfolio companies.
While an Associate at Parthenon Capital, Mr. Krick completed several transactions and worked closely with a number of portfolio company management teams, including those at Spheris, MedAssets, Interline Brands, and Canongate Golf. Additionally, Mr. Krick served as a strategic analyst for Diversified Collection Systems during his MBA summer internship.
Prior to joining Parthenon Capital, Mr. Krick served as an Analyst for Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., an investment bank specializing in middle market mergers, acquisitions, and private financings. While there, he gained experience across a broad range of industries including consumer products, automotive components, systems engineering, textiles and apparel, and restaurants.
Mr. Krick earned a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

STEPHEN WEBSTER

Stephen Webster has over 25 years of direct marketing, market research, consumer packaged goods and technology experience with industry leading companies like Pepsi, Information Resources, ADVO, Tactician and Engage. Most of Mr. Webster’s career has centered on general/product management assignments with key leadership roles in marketing, marketing research, customer service and operations.
Most recently, Mr. Webster was COO for Tactician Corporation and was responsible for leading the strategic planning, marketing, sales, third party channel, operational and financial aspects of the organization. Markets served at Tactician included financial, insurance, retail, real estate, media and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Tactician, Stephen was the Division President, Technology and Services, Product Management and Marketing for IRI North America. He also held leadership positions with Engage Technologies, where he was Group Vice President for Engage Media, and ADVO, where he was Vice President, Strategic Business Development. Stephen's career began with Pepsi where he held positions in finance, marketing, strategy development, sales and general management.
Mr. Webster earned a BBA degree in accounting and a MBA degree in Financial Management from Iona College, New Rochelle NY. He is a board member of the Boxford Cable TV non-profit organization in his home town of Boxford, MA.
